I founded SHOEI Co., Ltd. in Nagoya in 1995. We have been running our business with our company philosophy : "Our own honor, courage, and integrity are everything."
There are three important factors to invest and develop the real estate, Procurement, Business planning, and Funding. When we first developed a building, I realized how difficult to create something from zero stage. Now these experiences and knowledges we gained through our 30 years business became a major asset for our company.
Thanks to everyone’s support, we were able to list on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2017. I always tell my employees about the importance of setting stretched goals. Keep the goal higher, work hard toward it, and when you reach it, set the next stretched goal. I tell them that do not look other colleagues as a loser even if they fail, because they saw how hard they tried. These are words that come from my own experience when I was running a company.
I would like to conclude my remarks by declaring that going forward, Shoei Co., Ltd. will become a company that sets lofty goals and works tirelessly to achieve them.
